The Law Review congratulates the eleven new members of the Law Review staff who received a total of 20 CALI Awards for Spring 2008.
Law Review members take 1st and 2nd place in Moot Court Honors, and win Best Petitioner's Brief, in Summer 2008 Moot Court Honors course!
Thirteen law review members earn 17 CALI awards for receiving the top grade in the class for Spring 2008.
EIC David Foate's Note, "Do Federal Courts Really Want Parents Involved? Using No Child Left Behind to Fight Potential Resegregation," 20 Nat'l Black L.J. 163 (2007), is now available on Westlaw.
Rosemary Spellman '03's Comment, "Strip Searches of Juveniles and the Fourth Amendment," from Volume 22 (2001-2002), will be excerpted in the casebook, Goldstein, Gee, & Daniel, Law and Public Education (4th ed.).
