Professor Prager has been teaching at the College of Law for more than 20 years. Prior to coming to the College of Law, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California and was appointed as Special Attorney in charge of the Office for Drug Abuse Law Enforcement. Professor Prager was also a deputy district attorney for Ventura County and supervised the felony Career Criminal and Sex Crimes Prosecutions units.

Professor Prager teaches Evidence, Criminal Procedure, and Criminal Law. He is also the advisor to Law Review.
