Professor Lipson has been teaching at the College of Law since 1998. He has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator, trial attorney, entertainment attorney, tax and transactional lawyer, and law firm managing partner. Professor Lipson is a certified CLE Provider and frequently lectures to bar associations and trial-lawyer associations.

Professor Lipson is the author, creator, and programmer of the Objection! computer series, a teaching device used by law schools, governmental agencies, and judges across the country. The Objection! series is the first of its kind ever to be accredited for mandatory continuing legal education. Professor Lipson has also written numerous books and articles.

Professor Lipson teaches Entertainment Law, Multimedia Law, Evidence, and Remedies.
