Professor Linarelli joined the College of Law in 2002. Prior to coming to the College of Law, he was Senior Lecturer in Law and Director of Graduate Legal Studies at the University of East Anglia Law School in Norwich, England, a leading British law school.
Professor Linarelli practiced law in Washington, D.C. for over ten years. He has served as a consultant to various governments and international institutions, including the Inter-American Development Bank and the International Trade Centre (UNCTAD/WTO), and as an observer delegate with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
Professor Linarelli has written more than thirty articles, book chapters, and other works that have been published globally, in the United States, Europe, and Asia. His scholarship interests are in commercial law, international economic law, and law and philosophy.
Professor Linarelli teaches Business Organizations, Secured Transactions, and Philosophy of Law Seminar. He has also taught International Business Transactions, Sales, Legal Analysis & Writing, and Jurisprudence.
