The University of La Verne College of Law Office of Career Services and Professional Development does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, color, handicap, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, personnel matters, financial aid programs, or other such University-administered programs. An exception to our policy of non-discrimination is granted to representatives of the U.S. Department of Defense. This exception is granted in order to avoid the loss of federal funds that would otherwise be imposed by the 1996 Solomon Amendment.
