University of La Verne College of Law’s team argued on both sides of the matter as they advanced in the competition. “Tina and Brendan spent countless hours researching, writing and practicing oral arguments to prepare for the regional competition,” said Professor Juanda Daniel, faculty coach for the moot court team. “Their hard work really paid off, and I am confident they will turn in another stellar performance at the national competition.” For more information about the College of Law’s moot court program, visit http://law.ulv.edu/student_services/activities.html#moot.
