Michael J. Bidart, Esq.

David G. Moore, Esq.
From opening statements to closing arguments, Attorneys Bidart
and Moore share practical courtroom experiences, with an emphasis
on ethics and civility.
Michael Bidart is a partner with Shernoff Bidart &
Darras in Claremont. He is considered one of the nation's experts
in bad faith lawsuits. Mr. Bidart leads his firm's HMO and Property
& Casualty Departments and has been recognized as one of California's
most influential lawyers by California Laywer Magazine. He has
been profiled in the National Law Journal, The American Lawyer,
and California Laywer Magazines. A well-known lecturer and key
note speaker on HMO Litigation and bad faith insurance practices,
he has been a featured speaker for the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Conference
Institute, The Rutter Group, the California Judges, Association
and many others.
David Moore is senior attorney with Reid & Hellyer
in Riverside. He specializes in business and real estate litigation.
He has tried numerous jury cases to verdict over the years and
is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, 2003-2004. A past President
of the Riverside County Bar Association, Mr. Moore has served
as Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals;
Settlement Officer, California Courts of Appeals, Fourth Appellate
District; Mediator/Arbitrator, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and U.S.
Court for the Central District of California.
