Attorneys: Earn 8 CLE Hours in Las Vegas
ULV College of Law Offers One-day Cross-Examination Seminar
at Imperial Palace on Feb. 9
What:
Inland Southern California’s only ABA-accredited law school is heading to Las Vegas to host “Develop Your Cross-Examination Expertise,” a one-day CLE seminar that will provide participating attorneys with eight hours of CLE credit, including two hours of ethics credit. Topics addressed include rules for effective cross-examination, maintaining control, witness preparation, expert cross-examination, evidentiary concerns and ethical considerations. Materials will be provided.

- Irving Prager, J.D., LL.M., Professor of Law
