Professor Charles Doskow was a guest commentator on public radio KPCC's Air Talk program on December 14.  He and Dean John Eastman of Chapman Law School discussed the case involving the City of Ontario police department, and text messages sent by a member of the force. The case, Quon v City of Ontario raises question of the expectation of privacy of a worker using his employer's equipment to send text messages.  the Court of Appeals decision, now before the Supreme Court raises important privacy issues.  
The program generated significant interest and a number of listener phone calls.  Both the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and the San Bernardino Sun interviewed professor Doskow, and reported on the interview on
December 15.
