While some of our pages and links to subscription resources are limited to College of Law faculty and students, other areas, such as the catalog and research guides, are accessible to all visitors.

As the largest law library in Inland Southern California, we take seriously our responsibility to provide up-to-date legal information to College of Law faculty and students, to other ULV affiliates, and to the community. Our collection consists of a wide range of legal books and periodicals. In addition, we offer public access to Westlaw, a legal database, to all library visitors. Our experienced reference staff is available to assist library users for most hours that the library is open. If you are in the area and need to consult legal materials, feel free to come in. For people who are not affiliated with ULV, the first visit is free. For those who wish to use our library on a regular basis, we ask that you become a library subscriber at a modest annual fee.
